Premium features require successful payment. Subscription fees may change from time to time.

You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of our platform. You must not use bots, automated tools, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our services.

All content, AI-generated feedback, study materials, software, logos, and branding are the property of BigEducation AI. Your subscription provides a personal, non-transferable licence to use our services and does not transfer ownership of any content.

BigEducation AI is designed to support your learning. While we strive to provide accurate AI-generated feedback, we do not guarantee any specific PTE score, admission, visa approval, or other outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigEducation AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
